Terms of use

These terms apply to Tannya (https://tannya.app) and its waitlist, run by Wassim and Ahmed ("we"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The waitlist#

• Tannya is at an early stage. Joining the waitlist tells us you are interested. It does not create an account or a purchase, and it is not a promise of access, a launch date, particular features, or a price.
• Previews on this site are conceptual and may show sample data.
• We email you a link to confirm your address. If you agreed to be contacted, we may also send news about early access and invitations to our pilot and to short interviews, and the newsletter only if you asked for it.
• The pilot is optional and limited in places. An invitation is not a promise of a place, and we explain what it involves before you start.
• You can withdraw at any time from the link in any email. The privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Using the site#

You agree not to:

• join with an address that is not yours, or sign anyone else up without their permission;
• submit the form automatically, or scrape or overload the site;
• get around security checks, rate limits, or access controls, or enter the operator area without permission;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may remove signups that break these terms.

Content#

The site's text, design, images, and guides belong to Wassim and Ahmed or our licensors. You may read them and share links to them; ask us before reusing them. If you send us feedback or answer our questions, we may use it to improve the product without owing you anything for it.

No warranty#

The site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that the product will launch.

Liability#

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes#

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, which applies from that date. We may also change or close the site or the waitlist at any time.

Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
